Pergamos, The Compromising Church

Pergamos was built on a hill 1000 feet above the surrounding countryside, creating a natural fortress. It was a sophisticated city; a center of Greek culture and education, with a 200,000 volume library. But, it was also the city of four cults, and it rivaled Ephesus in its worship of idols.  

The city's chief god was Asclepius, whose symbol was a serpent and who was considered the god of healing. People came to Pergamos from all over the world at that time to seek healing from this god.

John, the Lord Jesus' representative, spoke these words to Pergamos: “And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write, ‘These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword:  “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.  But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.  Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.”’  Revelation 2:12-17

Just as the Romans used their swords for authority and judgment, the Lord Jesus' two-edged sword represents the Lord God's ultimate authority and judgment.

​As the center of four idolatrous cults (Zeus, Dionysius, Asclepius and Athena).  Pergamos was called the city "where Satan's throne is". Surrounded by worshipers of Satan and the Roman emperor looked at as god, the Believers (or church) at Pergamos refused to renounce their faith in the Lord Jesus, even when Satan's worshipers martyred one of their members, they stood firm against the strong pressures and temptations of that society.  It is never easy, but the alternative is deadly. Remember, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”  Revelation 2:11​

It wasn't easy to be a Believer in Pergamos.  Believers experienced great pressure to compromise the Lord God's principles and laws.  They are the Lord God's laws and principles that we are to obey and live by.  I have to share this, nothing is known of Antipas except that he never compromised principles and laws.  He was faithful to the Lord Jesus, even though he lived where "Satan lived".  Apparently however, some in the church were tolerating those who taught and practiced what the Lord Jesus opposed.   To compromise can be defined as a blending of the qualities of two different things or a concession of principles; to cooperate with people as much as you can but avoid any alliance, partnership or participation that can lead to immoral practices.  They tolerated sin, compromising their beliefs.  There is room for differences of opinion among Believers in some areas, but there is no room for heresy and moral impurity.  Your city, community and family might not participate in idol feasts as you know it, but it probably has pornography, sexual immorality, cheating, gossiping and lying. Do not tolerate disobedience to the Word of God by bowing to the pressure to be open-minded.

Believers who aren't focused on the Word of God, compromise.  Balak was a king who feared the large number of Israelites traveling through his country.  Keep in mind, all the earth belongs to the Lord God.  Balak hired Balaam to pronounce a curse on them.  At first, Balaam refused, but money was offered to him and he changed his mind.  Read Numbers Chapters 22-24 

Later, Balaam influenced the Israelites to turn to idols and disobey the Lord God's laws and principles and worship their idols. Look, these women caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to trespass against the Lord in the incident of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord.....They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness. Numbers 31:16  2 Peter 2:15 What sorrow awaits them! For they follow in the footsteps of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they deceive people for money. And like Korah, they perish in their rebellion.  Jude 11 NLT  The Lord Jesus rebuked the Believers (the Church) for tolerating those who, like Balaam, led the people away from God's principles and laws.  They drove them to religious practices and away from the Lord Jesus and His message.

Keep in mind, the sword is the Lord God's judgment against a rebellious nation.  Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God...And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.  Revelation 19:15, 21 This includes all forms of disobedience.  Remember, the "hidden manna" suggests the spiritual nourishment that those faithful Believers will receive in our Lord and King Jesus.

As the Israelites traveled toward the land of Promise, the Lord God provided manna from heaven for their physical nourishment.   So it was that quails came up at evening and covered the camp, and in the morning the dew lay all around the camp.  And when the layer of dew lifted, there, on the surface of the wilderness, was a small round substance, as fine as frost on the ground.  So when the children of Israel saw it, they said to one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was.

And Moses said to them, “This is the bread which the Lord has given you to eat.  This is the thing which the Lord has commanded: ‘Let every man gather it according to each one’s need, one omer for each person, according to the number of persons; let every man take for those who are in his tent.’”

Then the children of Israel did so and gathered, some more, some less. So when they measured it by omers, (A measure of capacity among the Hebrews; the tenth part of an ephah; a little more than five pints.)  he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one’s need. Exodus 16:13-18

Jesus is the living bread.  I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”   John 6:51 He provides spiritual nourishment that satisfies our deepest hunger.

But I am reminded of the old practice of drawing stones from a bag to choose who stays and who goes--who wins and who loses.  If you received the white stone, you were accepted.  But if you drew the dark stone, you were rejected.  The stones are significant because each will bear the new name of every individual who truly believes in the Lord Jesus the Christ.  They are the evidence of that individual accepted by the Lord God and declared worthy to receive eternal life.  Keep in mind, a person's name represented his or her character.  The Lord God will give us new names and new hearts. 

Remember what I often say, "If a person can name you, they will define you."

​We must be vigilant and aware of our standing with our Father in the Kingdom. We can be so busy "doing church" that we do not even notice when His Spirit  "left the building".  We run on our feelings and habits. We are awake, yet spiritually asleep. That is dangerous ground because we are being deceived. And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. Romans 13:11-14

Know Your Kingdom’s Constitution and Obey It   ​Ambassador Paul wrote these words while in prison, to ambassador Timothy:  Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  2 Timothy 2:15 Remember these words when responding to the devil’s invitation to sin. The Son of the Lord God always responded with His Father’s Constitution. Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry.  Now when the tempter (devil) came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”   But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”   Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:  ‘He shall give His angels charge over you and, In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.’ ”   Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’ ”   Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”   Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’ ”   Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him. Matthew 4:1-11   At no time did He ever give His opinion, thoughts or feelings. He is the Lord God’s Son, but He only spoke the words of His Father in response. He shows us how we are to respond to every temptation and challenge…with God’s Word from His Constitution! It is our responsibility to know the Lord God’s Constitution for ourselves, not just listen to religious leaders for an hour a week.   Keep in mind, the Son humbled Himself and obeyed His Father’s Will.  Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:5-8 He fulfilled His Father’s purpose and assignment for Him. This is why the Lord Jesus is the key to getting to His Father. King Jesus is the doorway, that leads to the Father God. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 Remember, God isn’t his “name”, it is who He is!   It was through Abraham’s faith in the Lord God’s promise that we, being the Gentiles, were able to be a part of God’s Kingdom.  We weren’t added because of the righteousness of the law, but the righteousness of faith. For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect. Romans 4:13-14   Knowing your Kingdom Constitution is absolutely necessary.  We should be learning His Word daily so we can then teach others. Fathers should be teaching their family His Word, not leaving it to church leaders. How can a young person stay pure? By obeying Your Word. I have tried hard to find You—don’t let me wander from Your commands. I have hidden Your Word in my heart, that I might not sin against You. Psalm 119:9-11 NLT   One writer wrote these words in God’s Constitution:  You are my portion, O Lord; I have said that I would keep Your Words. Psalm 119:57 King David wrote these words:  For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. Psalm 33:4   The reason there isn’t unity among Believers is that they don’t know who they are. They call themselves Christian, which is a religious group. This is why we should embrace His Word. To know who we are, we must first know whose we are (who we belong to).   King Jesus made this statement:  But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:33 We are citizens of a government—the government of Heaven—His Kingdom government; not a religious organization. Those who truly study His Constitution from a Kingdom understanding know this.   If you walk by the Spirit, that means you are walking and living by the King’s Words. King Jesus made it very clear. It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63 This is why I constantly repeat in all of my articles to “read and study His Constitution” because it is your life! It is your key to God’s Kingdom. If you moved to a different country, how well would you do if you knew none of their laws and benefits? How long before you broke a law you knew nothing about? You could end up in a prison, wishing you had studied up on that country's constitution.   Lastly, we must know God’s Word and have it down in our spirit because it is through those Words that the Holy Spirit—our Governor—speaks and leads us. My wife and I are so thankful that whenever we need an answer or a word, the Holy Spirit starts bringing the Word of God’s Constitution to our remembrance. His Word is always the answer to every question, every situation! But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26   Keep in mind that your greatest asset in the Kingdom of God is your faith in His Word.  Without it we are rudderless and powerless! All scriptures are NKJV unless noted ​ W.R. Your Level of Faith in the King’s Word

Your Level of Faith in the King’s Word   As Kingdom citizens, we should have a deep unshakable level of faith in the King. If you are a pastor, your level of faith in the Lord Jesus should be above all others. As a leader, those that you are teaching should be able to follow your leadership. They learn the most from what you do, not what you say. You should be able to see them grow in their faith in King Jesus. He is the only one who can connect you to the Father.  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6   There are many people who were born and passed away from this earth who have never elevated their faith above believing just enough to attend church, but failed to grow any further in their faith to make a difference for the Kingdom. Your faith in the King will always make a difference in how you think, act, and in your decision making. Those who follow you should want to emulate you and show the kind of faith that you represent. In times of trouble and despair, your faith should shine like a beacon for the King. When there is chaos all around, your peace and faith in Him will strengthen their faith and those who are lost will want the Lord God that you serve!   Ambassador Paul had great faith in King Jesus. He believed who was—and is—a great leader to follow. Keep in mind, when he was called Saul and was a servant of the enemy, he did all he could to have the people of King Jesus put to death. He was instrumental in the persecution of the saints. Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. Acts 9:1-2   Remember, it was the leadership of Saul (who became ambassador Paul) that caused many Believers to be stoned.  When they heard these things they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed at him with their teeth. But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”   Then they cried out with a loud voice, stopped their ears, and ran at him with one accord; and they cast him out of the city and stoned him. And the witnesses laid down their clothes at the feet of a young man named Saul. And they stoned Stephen as he was calling on God and saying, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he knelt down and cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, do not charge them with this sin.” And when he had said this, he fell asleep. Acts 7:54-60   The leadership of Paul—even thought it was for evil at the time while he was still called Saul—caused many people to follow him even to the point of murder. At the time, he truly believed he was doing right.   It is your faith that pleases the King.  But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 This is why I always say at the end of each article that your faith in the King’s Word is your greatest asset in the Kingdom. Many of those who classify themselves as Christians don’t really understand what it means to walk by faith and not by sight. Enoch is a great example of faith in the King. By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. Hebrews 11:5 He had the testimony that he pleased the Lord God through his faith in Him. I would say that is a great feeling to have that testimony. What better thing could you say about someone but that they pleased the Lord? As leaders we should always have a high level of faith in our King. People, seeing men and women of great faith in times of trouble, are strengthened and their faith grows!   Having faith in our King is also having trust in Him. Do you recall what King David stated in the Lord God’s Constitution? Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit  your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Psalm 37:1-6   Kingdom citizens who are in good standing with the King trust in Him with their very life. They never fail to seek Him first before anything or anyone else when they are in need of help or deliverance. All citizens of the Kingdom government should be walking in the Spirit—meaning by faith in His Word. So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:6-7   For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18  Our troubles are temporary, but can be great faith builders if we will endure in faith! Have faith in your King!   Also, keep in mind, if you are living by your flesh you cannot please the King. He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8:4-9   Remember, your faith in the King’s Word is your greatest asset in His Kingdom. ​All scriptures are NKJV unless noted ​ W.R. Kingdom 104:  Misrepresenting the Kingdom Gospel

There are many who misrepresent the Kingdom of God through their lack of understanding of the Gospel message.  When you don't understand the concept of the Kingdom, you will misrepresent the Kingdom culture. The Kingdom message never changes; because the Kingdom of God remains the same. It is eternal.  So then, why do religious leaders feel they have to preach another message? They are truly misrepresenting the King by giving preference to their religious worship services and the traditions of man rather than the Kingdom gospel. Remember, misrepresenting the Kingdom is misrepresenting the King and His government as well as His culture.  If you aren't teaching the Kingdom message, you aren't being obedient to His command, as He stated:  But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.... And this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 6:33; 24:14
 
Our Lord and King, Jesus never spoke on financial prosperity.  He never taught on seeking to become rich.  In fact, this is what He said about riches:  Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven. And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.” Matthew 19:23-24 Having financial wealth is no indication that they are in right standing with the King. There are many pastors, apostles, prophets and bishops who have accumulated wealth from their members, while their members' basic needs go unmet.  That is not God's way.  Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need. Acts 4:34-35

In order for one to represent the Kingdom effectively, you must first be filled with the Holy Spirit (the Governor).  The Lord Jesus made it quite clear while speaking to His disciples at the time:  And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” Acts 1:4-5  Jesus didn't want them to misrepresent Him or the Kingdom culture.  The Lord Jesus had the Holy Spirit living in His mortal body while He was on the earth.  He told us what would happen when they would receive Him.   But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1:8 

To properly teach the Kingdom message, we must understand the true concept of God’s Kingdom government and that nothing is truly ours, but His, and He gives us access.  Many who claim to know the King and speak in His name do not understand His Kingdom.  Just because there is a sign over the front of your church building saying "Kingdom", doesn't mean you understand the King's message. To understand is to closely study and comprehend God's Word.  To seek means to learn diligently with a hunger to learn more than mental facts and information.  This knowledge must become part of your behavior and lifestyle.  Just follow the life of Christ while He was here on earth.  A key factor is that you must want it bad enough to focus on it.  I love those who love Me, and those who seek Me diligently will find Me. Proverbs 8:17  And Jesus made this statement:  Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.  Matthew 5:7-8
 
There is so much misinformation in the airwaves that if we aren't listening carefully to the Holy Spirit, we can be misled.  We may act on our own thoughts and think that is the Holy Spirit leading us.  This is happening everywhere. Ministries are built on misinformation and false doctrines contrary to the Kingdom message Jesus preached. That is why it is so important to stay in prayer and in the Word.  We need to follow our King's example diligently.  Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. Luke 6:12   On another occasion when the Lord was alone praying His disciples joined Him.  He always found time to speak with His Father.

Constant communication (prayer) with the Father is needed more than ever in this age of social media, the internet and cable.  We are all very busy, consumed, with pointless distractions but not being productive and growing in the Kingdom of God. Many embrace other's ideas concerning their faith in the Lord Jesus rather than embracing His Word. It sounds good, so we embrace it.  Also, being a Kingdom citizen may cost you your biological family and friends. And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”  

Then He said to another, “Follow Me.”  But he said, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God.”

And another also said, “Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house.”

But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the Kingdom of God.”  Luke 9:58-62  

You must determine your priorities when it comes to following the King.  But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.  Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:33-34
 
The Lord Jesus wants you to get an appetite for His Word.  We often hear people say they love Jesus, yet they have no hunger for the Word. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6
 
Jesus was His Word made flesh.  If you truly loved Him you would love His Word! Seeking often involves taking the time to consider and ponder in an effort to understand.  This is similar to meditation.  There are some things that require deep thought analysis before they become comprehensible. It is in that time that the Lord reveals wisdom to those who are obedient to His Word.  It is what we sometimes call "revelation knowledge".  But remember, revelation knowledge will ALWAYS line up with God's Constitution.  If it is contrary to His Word, it is not from the Holy Spirit. 

You become "family". Jesus made this statement in response to a statement concerning His family:   But He answered them, saying, “Who is My mother, or My brothers?” And He looked around in a circle at those who sat about Him, and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother.” Mark 3:33-35 

We are always to keep His Word in the forefront of our minds.  It takes effort to soak in God's Word.  King David said, Your Word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You...This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has given me life. Psalm 119:11, 50  This is exactly the way I think and feel concerning His Word.  When I read and study His Word, I am strengthened and encouraged.  It wasn't always that way, but has been a growing process as with any good and lasting relationship. Being full of His Word and full of the Holy Spirit, our Governor, guards us from misrepresenting the Lord God’s Kingdom! Now, when we are in this position, we won’t worry concerning our earthly needs.  “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these." Matthew 6:28-29  I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread. Psalm 37:25 
 
We must take God's Word (His Constitution) and consider it, ponder it, chew on it and digest it (get it inside of us by memorizing it). The more we do so, the more we will comprehend the concept of the Kingdom message.  We will become one with Him and His Word.  When you follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, (the operative word is follow) you can never misrepresent the Kingdom of God.  The Lord's Spirit dwells in you and with you.  “If you love Me, keep My commandments.  And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.  I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you." John 14:15-18   

Finally, to seek the Kingdom means to become preoccupied with the Kingdom.  If you are seeking the Kingdom, that means you are hungry for His Word and you are thinking about it all day long. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Joshua 1:8     
 
I would even dare to say be "married" to God's Word, becoming one with it, where people cannot see where you end and He begins!

Remember, your faith in the King’s Word is your greatest asset in His Kingdom. Feeding on God's Word feeds your faith!
